Just about to order Shourouk European Autumn/Winter 2010 pieces. Maybe I’ll be able to get them a little sooner if I beg! There seems to be more use of crystals and the new pieces have a “touch of wild”…..will need to study the catalogue for longer.

A body parts theme has me in its grips! the hands are by rosenthal germany and have beautiful numbers imprinted on the ceramic base as well as a blue transfer print of size 8 on them. they are used to stretch gloves on. well i like them as sculptures. cost $85.00

i am thinking of a little something to hang outside the shop. i was just about to put the black horse outside when it was bought and now all i can think about is do i have blue, yellow or do i wish for pink?

Cire Trudon’s new artist
Tuesday, March 16th, 2010Cire Trudon has appointed artist Lawrence Mynott to create new works for each candle. The new images give Cire Trudon a fresh edge to the new catalogue launched in Paris on the 4th of March.
Lawrence Mynott is much in demand as a portrait painter, and his work has been
exhibited at the Royal Society of Portrait Painters and the National Portrait Gallery,
London.

well i thought i might look at the shows and a) see what i like and if it relates to interiors b) things that have caught my eye c) possible trends and d) designers jewellery………don’t know maybe a longshot or maybe its the rainy day blues that have got me all confused! well this is it a) rain bow brights b) he caught my eye c) skulls and caring for the environment…see the whale d) mmmmm not the watches but i like the colours…i like a blog and i like susie lau’s or susie bubbles blog… funny smart and she swears which i love to do. check out her views style bubble . i like feb 27th for vintage finds in london. will add picks later the rain is slowing me down and its time for a wine!
